Focused and calm, Mark snapped his arm from the water in one swift motion. Clutched in his hand was a gleaming 16-inch catfish. Though catfish have no sharp teeth, their suction can leave light scrapes. Mark showed his hand with a grin, then gently returned the fish to the river.
