Face washes are only effective for a year before internal bacteria and yeast begin to grow. Although it may not be a pleasant idea, nobody wants to wash their face with that.

14. Shower Gel

Ends in three years $4* is the average price. Shower gel is a common item in many households, much like face scrubs and other bath and body items. Scents vary among brands, but even household names like Dove by Procter & Gamble fade over time.

Fortunately for consumers, businesses never stop creating new goods that smell and look just as beautiful as the ones that came before them. In terms of replacement, it makes little sense at $4 or less.
